All the participants in Japan Dreamin’ is encouraged to comply with the following code of conduct. This is applied for both offline and online.
1. Background and purpose
Trailblazer means “a pioneer, an innovator” and is used with respect for those who are reforming their business using Salesforce technology. And Salesforce Trailblazer Community is a community where all Salesforce Trailblazer gathers regardless of the position or role such as business users to managers and developers. Japan Dreamin’ supports the following concepts by the Salesforce Trailblazer Community.
Ohana : Based on the spirit of Ohana (Hawaiian family), we are delighted to be able to connect regardless of individual personalities, such as thought, race, company, organization, gender, etc., and share growth and discovery that cannot be done by individuals.
One Salesforce : We know that Salesforce technology can help people innovate regardless of the roles and positions of products, developers, managers, users, managers, general employees, etc. We will communicate and act freely to grow up together.
Be A Trailblazer : Just using Salesforce doesn’t mean everything goes well. We will never stop the challenges, and we will continue to be pioneers of innovation.
To provide an inclusive, friendly and comfortable environment for all participants in Japan Dreamin’, we expect that everyone will participate in the event with respect and courtesy of other participants following this Code of Conduct.
2. Behavior
At Japan Dreamin’, we promise to provide a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all the attendees regardless of the degree of experience, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, physical size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, nationality, and/or other similar characteristics. Thus, any behavior that other attendees feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated in any way.。
Participants should consider the various backgrounds of other participants. Your casual remarks and actions may sadden others. Please behave carefully and gently.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, we organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact organizers or volunteer staff. We will treat the notification anonymously unless you agree except for a need for legal information disclosure.
3. Logo
The copyright of Japan Dreamin’s logo belongs to the original author. The logo can be used freely only for the purpose of introducing this community conference. It is forbidden to transform, process, modify or use the logo for commercial purposes without permission of the original author or administration.
